Best beach in Bournemouth area?

I love Bournemouth and there is no place like it in the summer but the problem is there are TOO many beaches to chose from!!
I've been to Durley Chine, Southbourne, Boscombe and Bournemouth but still can't decide which is best.
Like, which is the quiestest? Which is the best for water sports? Which has the hottest men? haha any ideas??

Taking the ferry from Sandbanks to Studland is well worth it, beaches at studland are some of the best around! Watch out for the nudist area though...

Last summer i went to Shell Bay, just as you get off the Sandbanks ferry to Swanage.
It was beautiful and sooo quiet... highly recommended experience... altho, dont tell too many people or it won't be quiet for long!
